Beginning:
Describe the shark swims around looking here and there (where?) for food.
Describe the people picnicking on the beach and some entering the water to swim.
The shark smelling the people.
Action:
How does the shark sneak up on the people?
How are the people swimming? playing football in the water? having races?
Problem:
Will the people have a secret weapon?
Will the shark be stronger?
Who will win?
End:
Up to you -- will you save the shark or the people?
Or maybe you will have two stories... Oh boy!
